Having worked in various United Nations organizations, leading development agencies, for profit and non-profit ventures, we consider ourselves in a unique position to apply our expertise and knowledge to support key actors in their efforts to change the world for good. Aleksandr has more than fifteen years of experience in the development of the non-profit organisations including their conceptualisation, management for results, fundraising and monitoring and evaluation. Having background in child protection he has been a chairman of the Board of Trustees of orphanages, a consultant on implementation of national strategy of actions in interests of children and a Vice-co-chair of Child Protection Working Group US-Russia Social Expertise Exchange (SEE) Eurasia Foundation.

Main areas of expertise: child protection, modern psychology and pedagogics, professional mediation, social orphanage, development of national strategies in the interest of children, strategic research in childhood development.

Walter is a highly-skilled and experienced MEL professional with more than seven years of experience in evidence-based programming in Eastern Africa. Walter possesses expertise in project management, research methodologies, data analysis, and advanced report writing as he developed and implemented comprehensive M&E frameworks for Anticipatory Action projects in Eastern Africa, ensuring data-driven decision-making and measurable impact. Walter served as a Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant at the United Nations World Food Programme at the Regional Bureau for Nairobi, a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Council of Governors in Nairobi, and a Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Katiba Institute, Nairobi

Ahmed is an international Arabic speaking economic development expert with more than 15 years of professional experience in research, monitoring and evaluation. Ahmed has conducted numerous research and evaluation consultancies for major national agencies and international donors, including for the ILO across a range of relevant themes and sectors including Syrian Refugees crisis, women & youth economic empowerment, TVET, decent work and employment. Ahmed conducted End of project Evaluation of the ILO Employment Intensive Infrastructure Programme in Lebanon and Jordan and conducted Market Assessments in Yemen (Multiple Sectors and Regions)

Ahmed Tamemi
Ayalew is asenior professional with experience in social inclusion projects across Ethiopia and the East Africa region, drawing on his academic background in Rural and Business Management. He has more than 20 years of experience in project design and management, gender analysis, applied research and assessments, facilitating access to finance and investment for a wide range of international consulting firms, parastatals and business conglomerates. Having served as FAO’s National Agricultural Value Chain Coordinator, Ayalew led gender equality and women’s empowerment national policy revision process for UN Women and WFP’s Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) assessments. Also, Ayalew managed various programmes and assignments on improving the livelihood situations of vulnerable societies, such as rural poor women, youth, victims of conflict, IDPs, refugees and returnees of migrant workers.
